Responsible for tracking all project job costs internally including direct reports time, approving all material costs
and producing change requests when warranted. Responsible for weekly forecasting and job accruals of all
projects. Managed team of 8 Field Engineers/techs, 1 Construction Engineer and a Project Coordinator along
with 5 General Contractors. Reported directly to Verizon as well as Alcatel-Lucent to upgrade Verizon sites with
all new antennas, adding RRU’s, Hybriflex lines (fiber & power), occasionally spinning top hats on monopoles
to achieve desired Azimuth and minor shelter work. Modified Plateau Wireless sites purchased by Verizon to
Verizon standards in New Mexico. New lines, antennas internal shelter grounding, new generators and HVAC.
Built a raw land site for VZW in Las Cruces, NM facing many obstacles due to VZW regulatory and surveyor
drawing site in the wrong area of the land. Came in under budget and on time. Reported directly to Nokia
Siemens (NSN) for T-Mobile Modernization Project. modernized over 75 TMO sites with antennas swaps,
cabinet slides, running hybrid lines, swapping TMA’s & jumpers, power to new cabinets, grounding and
commission and integration. Attend daily calls and weekly meetings with NSN addressing issues and providing
updates.

Responsible for reinforcing, extending and replacing towers on TMT’s nationwide portfolio. Work closely with
various structural engineers on the validity of designs for reinforcement as well as identify potential
obstructions. Analyze failed towers for replacement; assembled loading designs and ordered new towers. Put
together various scopes of work for bidding to pool of approved GC’s. Work with T-Mobile technicians on new
RF BOMs and ordering of said RF material for extensions and replacements. Work with regulatory and property
groups, jurisdictions and of course customers such as AT&T, Verizon, Metro PCS and Sprint to name a few.

including negotiating and running a full turn-key for one (from feasibility through structural, permitting, design
and construction) and managing all aspects including service generating modification projects, client relations &
